It is my greatest wish for every woman to do this course.
I only do 3 of these courses a year. They are small, intimate groups and aimed at ALL women, no matter what age or whether you have had children. Previous age ranges from early 30’s to early 70’s.
This course is a beginning of a personal inquiry that continues onwards and inwards and also outwards into the relationships we form and thrive in.
Our pelvis is the epicentre of the feminine experience and a storehouse of powerful emotions which drives and underpins our physical, emotional and sexual well-being.
The female pelvis is a gateway to self-acceptance, personal safety, freedom from shame, self-knowledge and love, authentic emotional sexual expression and creative fulfilment.
This powerful knowledge, and the ongoing exploration will serve to enrich our personal lives and health & wellbeing. I hope I will inspire you to nourish and explore your sacred female terrain 🙂
It is my aim to facilitate a discovery of personal, sensual and spiritual awareness of your female pelvis, enabling you to live with more awareness, vibrancy, creativity, pleasure and connection to yourselves and utimately to others.
Over the 6 weeks we will explore the pelvis physically, structurally, energetically, emotionally, sexually and spiritually. If you experience back pain, incontinence (urinary and/or fecal), minor prolapse, pelvic pain, this can help on your road to recovery. It’s never too late. The pelvic floor muscles can recover and with my guidance, the support of other women who have similar issues and weekly ‘homework’ you can recover pelvic floor function.
Each session will be an experiential and embodied mix of breath work, movement and discussion. Journalling and self study is encouraged to shine light on subjects and bring them from the shadows of shame into the sacred.
Every class is recorded so you can catch up if you miss the session. Weekly homework sheets and videos are included in the course as reference for you to return to again.

Vibrant Woman Yoga
I found Well Woman Yoga a perfect way to relax, de stress and steal back some time for myself. At the same time, these classes are very invigorating and very cleansing. On line classes are a new way of working but I found it very successful. Julie gives such clear instruction that you can very easily follow along and actually I think it’s good to teach yourself that relaxation in your own home is possible. Thank you Julie, perfect!

I love Julie’s well woman yoga classes. Julie is an excellent teacher and manages to deliver the class with a warm positive energy, giving everyone personal attention even though we are all in our own homes. Before starting this class, I was slightly skeptical about the benefits it might bring me, but I knew that I was looking for something to further support me through lockdown. I could not have been more wrong. Julie is an incredible teacher. She is totally clear in her instruction, extremely knowledgeable about the physical, emotional and psychological benefits of each action and gently humorous in her approach. There is no embarrassment, just total support specifically focused for women. The relaxation at the end of sessions is exactly what I was looking for; it has helped me by providing the emotional support that I was lacking in lockdown.
