Dealing with the Menopause

I’m Julie Bickerton, dedicated to guiding and nurturing you through the phases of pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

My approach centers on fostering positive touch and making yoga accessible. I strive to create a safe environment where open conversations about our experiences as women can flourish, cultivating a community where lasting friendships form.

Originally trained as a baby massage instructor, my fascination with infants deepened after the birth of my son. Now, in midlife, I’m expanding my expertise to support women through this remarkable phase of their lives.

I consider myself fortunate in my calling. I have a genuine passion for what I do, and with each woman and baby I encounter, I continue to learn and grow.
